Bertrand Meunier: Erased. Collections – Expositions Eugène: The recluses of theChina is a central theme in the work of Bertrand Meunier, a member of the French collective Tendance Floue. This first monograph by the photographer is the culmination of a long term project carried out in this country, first on the changes in the Chinese farming and industrial world from 1998 with the series Erased, then REC on the excessive surveillance society and the recent protest events in Hong Kong. Through these field studies conducted over
